Founded by Sylvain Pradella and Roberto Giangrande in March 2000, their aim was to serve modern and traditional Italian cuisine using only the finest and freshest ingredients sourced from Italian suppliers.
Executive Chef Francesco Maggiore, who was previously Head Chef for a hotel group in Italy, has created a menu that is well balanced, simple and healthy. The portions are generous and dishes are famed for their home style simple cooking.
The restaurant is run by Sylvain (who is best known as Brass), he is originally from Italy and his family has been in the restaurant business since he was ten years old. He is supported by a knowledgeable team of staff who offer friendly and efficient service.
Centonove Restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Sunday, 7pm to midnight with the last tables being seated at 11pm.
Centonove offers visitors an authentic dining experience, not only can they eat delicious Italian cuisine but can do so in surroundings that are reminiscent of an art gallery as well as a beautiful Italian restaurant. 22
